Track stock levels and inventory movements to ensure products are available for your customers and maintain inventory accuracy. Use these reports to gain insights into your inventory, prevent stock-outs, and optimize stock management across different locations.

Available Inventory Reports:

  1. Inventory Available: Displays the current quantity of each item available in stock. This report helps you quickly assess which products need to be restocked to ensure availability.
  2. Inventory Counts: Summarizes completed inventory counts, helping verify stock levels and identify discrepancies between recorded and actual stock.
  3. Inventory Counts By Items: Breaks down inventory counts at the item level, providing a detailed view to ensure accuracy in tracking specific items.
  4. Inventory Transfers: Lists all stock transfers between different locations, helping you monitor inventory movements and ensure that stock is correctly allocated.
  5. Inventory Transfers By Items: Shows detailed information on stock transfers for each individual item, allowing for precise tracking of inventory movements.

Highlighted Report:

Inventory Available: Displays current stock levels for each product across different stores, helping you identify which items need restocking and manage overstock effectively.

  1. Select Item or Category: Choose an Item or Category if you want to specify a product to view, or leave blank to load all items.

  1. Select Store: If you have multiple stores, select the specific store you want to view.

  1. Click Update: Click on  to load the report with the selected criteria.

  1. Download the Report: The report can also be downloaded in Excel format for further analysis.


Important Tips:
  1. Monitor Stock Levels Regularly: Use the Inventory Available report to frequently review stock levels and ensure critical items are always in stock.
  2. Verify Counts for Accuracy: Regularly perform inventory counts and compare them to the Inventory Counts By Items report to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate stock records.
  3. Track Transfers: Use Inventory Transfers and Inventory Transfers By Items to monitor inventory movements between locations, ensuring that stock is always allocated where it is needed most.
  4. Account Limitations: If your account is Free, the information will be limited to the current day only.
