1. Locate the Transaction
- Navigate to Sales History and search for the original transaction that needs a refund. You can search by receipt number or date to find it faster.
2. Open the Transaction Details
- Tap on the specific transaction to open the order details.
- Confirm that you have selected the correct transaction for refunding by reviewing the items and payment details.
3. Initiate the Refund
- Tap Refund on the transaction screen.
- A prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to refund the order. Confirm by selecting Yes.
4. Adjust Refund Quantities (If Applicable)
- If only part of the order is being refunded, adjust the quantities of each item accordingly using the + and – buttons.
5. Select Refund Payment Method
- Once you have adjusted the items, choose the payment method for the refund (e.g., Cash, Card).
- For cash refunds, verify the amount displayed and confirm to complete the process.
6. Refund Completed
- A refund receipt with the details will be displayed, showing the refunded amount and transaction status as "Order successfully refunded."
7. Print or View Refund Receipt (Optional)
- After completing the refund, a refund receipt will be printed for the customer.
